Order Processing Time

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders may take longer to process and ship than regular orders. Estimated shipping dates will be provided at the time of purchase and may be subject to change. Pre-orders and regular orders follow the same return, exchange, and cancellation policies.

Customs and Duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that orders with prescription lenses are custom-made and can only be cancelled within this 24-hour window. After that, they are non-refundable and not eligible for return. For all other situations, please refer to our Return Policy.
